Returns and Refunds Policy

We know that sometimes things don't always work out; whether the colour of that leash is not quite what you'd pictured, or the toy you chose is the wrong size for your pup. Read further for our return and refund policies, we promise it's not too long and boring!

Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from purchase. Your item must be unused, and still in original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

First contact us at info@wildhunde.com to request your return, and once received, our team is happy to offer an exchange, or store credit. 


Exceptions

Change of mind returns do not apply to clearance items, Scent Detection Kits and associated tools.


Refunds

If an item is received in damaged or otherwise faulty condition, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to arrange a return. Upon receipt of the item and assessment of the issue, we will offer a solution of refund, or replacement.

If a toy or tool is damaged outside of recommended use, Wildhunde will not be responsible for replacement or refund. Please review recommended use for items on the relevant product page. You can view our terms of use here.


Repairs

If your item is worn out or broken after a certain dog couldn’t keep their teeth to themselves, never fear. Don't throw it away! We have a repair service! 

Repair costs start as low as $20, not including postage. Eligible items for repair include our leashes, harnesses and handmade toys. We also offer repair services for item made by others. Items not eligible include pre-made toys, and that armchair with a hole chewed right through the side. See our Repairs page for further information.
